At Create That Change Development Initiative (CCDI), we know that a child’s environment shapes how they learn, grow, and dream. That’s why we created the Public School Revival Initiative (PSRI)—a movement to transform forgotten schools into places full of dignity, joy, and possibilities.
Through PSRI, we’re rolling up our sleeves and tackling the basics that make a world of difference:
PSRI is more than bricks, books, and paint. It’s about children walking into school with their heads held high, knowing their learning environment can become a place where their dreams come true.
Every library refurbished, every desk placed, every toilet built/restored whispers the same message to our children: you matter, your future matters, and we believe in you.
A Nigeria where every child and young person is empowered to reach their full potential.
To provide targeted development initiatives for children and adolescents that will create lasting change, pivoting their lives towards a successful future.
Mrs. Sharon Ayeni founded the NGO in 2023 after relocating to Nigeria from the UK.
A former British civil servant with The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Sharon has managed interventions aimed at helping the poorest and most vulnerable in developing countries, serving with the British Government in Nigeria; Ghana, Sierra Leone, Belize, Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan and Tunisia.
She is passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders to reach their full potential.
