Sharon Ayeni provides the strategic leadership and overall direction for CCDI, guiding the organisation's vision, growth, and long-term impact. With extensive experience in organisational management and international development, she leads strategic planning, partnerships, resource mobilisation, governance engagement, and programme oversight, ensuring that CCDI remains focused on delivering sustainable and meaningful change for the communities it serves.
Alice is one of CCDI’s founding members and serves as CCDI's Programme Coordinator, providing leadership and oversight for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our community development initiatives. She works closely with partners, beneficiaries, and the project team to ensure that our programmes deliver meaningful and lasting impact for vulnerable children, women, and families.

Stephen is one of CCDI’s founding team members and provides vital administrative and operational support across the organisation. He plays a key role in programme coordination, budgeting, and logistics, helping to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards.

Ayo is responsible for the administrative tasks of CCDI’s Start Smart September Initiative, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the programme. From office management and organisational support to coordination of internal processes, Ayo plays a vital role in keeping our back-to-school initiative running effectively.

Nankam leads CCDI's creative content and digital storytelling efforts, helping to amplify the voices of the communities we serve. Through compelling visuals and social media engagement, Nankam showcases our impact, raises awareness, and inspires supporters to join our mission for change.

Mary provides essential administrative and operational support to CCDI's programme portfolio. She assists with programme proposals, coordination and reporting, logistics, and stakeholder communication, helping to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
